I just checked out the videos that Ted Mathews and Chris Weber made of pre and post flighting a C172. I give it two thumbs up- And all thumbs for the window washer Chris.

IFR currency flights on a G1000 plane

I am looking for a safety pilot to do occasional approaches in the Denver area for IFR currency. For my approaches, I prefer a G1000 plane, but will be happy to be safety pilot in another plane if you would rather fly a different one for your approaches.

I would like to find someone who just needs to rack up more flight time and wouldn't mind taking me with. I do not want to fly anywhere specific, just around Colorado. I'm also looking for someone to flight share with my son and I. I'm a private pilot with just over 50 hours. I have 53265 reserved and can take someone up to 170lbs. 8-)

Is anybody looking for some hourly help this summer?

My 14 year old boy is looking to help wash planes and do odd jobs for somebody on an hourly basis.

He is out of school the last week of May and could work all summer (June - August).

Alan worked in an office in the city. He worked very hard and really looked forward to his holidays.

¡¡¡¡He usually went to the seaside, but one year he saw an ad in a newspaper "Enjoy country life. Spend a few weeks at Willow Farm. Good food, fresh air, horse riding, walking, fishing. Reasonable prices ."

¡¡¡¡" This sounds like a good idea." he thought, " I' 11 spend a month at Willow Farm. I'll enjoy horse riding, walking and fishing. They'll make a change from sitting by the seaside.

¡¡¡¡Four days later he returned home.

¡¡¡¡"What' s wrong with Willow Farm ?" his friend asked him. " Didn't you enjoy country life ?"

¡¡¡¡"Country life was fine," Alan said." But there was another problem.

¡¡¡¡"Oh, what?"

¡¡¡¡Well, the first day I was there a sheep died, and we had roast lamb for dinner.

¡¡¡¡“Fresh meat is the best.”_"I know, but on the second day a cow died, and we had roast beef for dinner. "

¡¡¡¡"Lucky you!"

¡¡¡¡"You don't understand," Alan said." On the third day a pig died and we had roast pork for dinner."

¡¡¡¡" A different roast every day." Jack exclaimed.

¡¡¡¡"Let me finish," Alan said." On the fourth day the farmer died and I didn't dare stay for dinner!"
